CBI registers case against pvt rice company, 3 Directors for over Rs 100 Cr loss to SBI

 

  • Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against a private company and its 3 directors for causing an alleged loss of over 100 crore rupees to State Bank of India.
  • The agency said it has registered a case on a complaint received from State Bank of India against a private rice company based at Karnal, Haryana and its three Directors. 
  • CBI said, the accused had allegedly cheated the bank by diverting the loan amount.
