Sri Lanka: COVID-19 cases touch 100

  • In Sri Lanka, the number of COVID-19 infections have touched 100 as the govt has identified three districts including Colombo as high risk districts.
  • Four more patients were tested positive as the curfew continues throughout the country to prevent COVID spread.
  • Large crowds were seen visiting shops and supermarkets in Colombo when curfew relaxation was given on 24 March morning and health officials feared that this could lead to a wider and faster spread of the virus.
