Hansa New Generation trainer aircraft developed by CSIR-NAL makes maiden flight
- Hansa New Generation trainer aircraft designed and developed by CSIR-NAL in Bengaluru successfully made its maiden flight on 3 Sep.
- The aircraft took off from HAL airport in the city and flew at an altitude of 4000 feet and gained a speed of 80 knots before making a successful landing after about 20 minutes.
- In a significant step the National Aerospace Laboratories NAL has designed, developed the two-seater trainer aircraft, the Hansa New Generation (NG) trainer successfully.
